Staff are still furious at the Bank’s decision to trawl through their personal accounts to justify its derisory pay offer for 2026 and 2027.
We have produced two letters for members and their spouses/partners to send to Lloyds:
Letter 1: The is for members to send to Mr. Charlie Nunn objecting to the accessing of personal current accounts. We have suggested a compensation payment to be donated to the Vassar Smith Fund which provides financial help to Lloyds staff, pensioners, widows and widowers and dependents in need. If you want us to send you a draft without that clause in please let us know.

Letter 2: Is for the spouses or partners of members who are joint account holders to send to Mr. Charlie Nunn objecting to the accessing of current accounts.

Please sign and print your name at the bottom of each letter and include your current home address in the top right-hand corner.
If you get a response to those letters, please send it to the Union’s Advice Team at 24hours@btuonline.co.uk.
